Support one student throughout the school day while helping them build confidence, communication, and independence.
Pay: $20–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
Training Provided: ESC™ documentation + ABA fundamentals + classroom routines

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Part-Time)

Personalized Para™ / Behavior Technician (Full-Time)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Part-Time)

Support a small caseload of 5 students through weekly protocol modification and Para/BT supervision.
Pay: $70-$75/hr
Schedule: Flexible, school-day hours with virtual options available
Model: Low caseload, high collaboration, strong admin backing
