  • ESC™ documentation throughout the day

Personalized Para™ becomes the anchor for the student’s day — helping them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally.

This role is supportive, not clinical, which makes it safe, accessible, and available in schools immediately.

Personalized Para™ provides individualized school-day behavioral assistance, skill-building support, and structured prompting designed to increase student independence and success. Services include:

  • Direct support with daily routines and transitions
  • Assistance with behavioral strategies and regulation techniques
  • Guided reinforcement of functional, communication, and social skills
  • Supportive behavioral coaching throughout classroom activities
  • Individualized attention to emotional and sensory needs
  • Ongoing documentation of student behaviors and progress through ESC™
  • Collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
